Bruins in the NFL: Wildcard Weekend (15 clicks)
Chris Kluwe (P, Minnesota) punted 8 times for an average of 45.3 yards in a 26-14 loss to Philadelphia. Brendon Ayanbadejo (LB, Baltimore) downed a punt in a 27-9 victory over Miami.

Before both of our games, Marques Johnson said that the team that wins the Pac 10 title will have 4 or 5 losses. If he's right, the winning team will have to win at home and break even on the road.

The senior swingman scored 17 points, including four three-pointers in the second half, to help stifle Oregon's rally in the Bruins' 83-74 victory on Sunday.

UCLA begins classes Monday, and I am told everyone on the football team is expected to be enrolled. That means there will not be any transfers, or guys deciding not to play football anymore, known at this time. More likely, those decisions will be made in the coming months.

Lee near ready? (36 clicks)
I spoke to UCLA freshman guard Malcolm Lee after the game and he said he was going to see a specialist Tuesday about his injured left knee. He said it has been feeling much better later, and he is hopeful of playing Sunday against USC. [end of text]

@ Oregon Video Highlights (39 clicks)
The Bruins ground out an 11-point halftime lead. In the second half the Bruins would see nearly all of that lead disappear in little over five minutes, but still led 46-43 with under 15 minutes to play. From there, the lead never got below three points as several Bruins would step up and knock down shots.

Oregon Hands UCLA First Home Loss of Season, 73-56 (9 clicks)
UCLA lost for the first time in nine home games, falling to Oregon, 73-56, on Sunday afternoon in Pauley Pavilion. The Ducks shot an opponent season-best 55.6% (25-45) from the field in the game, while UCLA shot 36.8% (21-57).
