Collison warming UCLA hearts these days, not bench (220 clicks)
At times, it was difficult. Darren Collison, without hesitation, will acknowledge this now, how tough things became last season when, for more minutes than not, the obviously talented UCLA point guard found himself on the bench, watching, observing, yearning for playing time that never quite came in the bundles he would've liked.

Campbell Hall's Holiday may not be 'big,' but he is still a special player (164 clicks)
He paused to consider the question, glanced down at the worn, maple-lacquered bench in the corner of the gym, then shook his head like he was still trying to wrap his thoughts around something.
"No," he said earnestly. "I'm not big like O.J. (Mayo)."

Drew Jr., son of an ex-NBA player, has shown skills since childhood (194 clicks)
It's a typical Wednesday morning at Taft High of Woodland Hills, and Larry Drew Jr. is walking around campus just like any other student.
Dressed in baggy jeans, a T-shirt and an oversized baseball cap, he stops and talks to friends on his way to first-period Algebra II.
The rest of the afternoon unfolds in a similar manner. Spanish II follows math, then it's off to calligraphy and American literature. After lunch, it's chemistry.
Then sixth period rolls around and any similarities Drew shares with the rest of the student body come to an end.

Bruin Recruiting: Prep News Roundup (12/4) (142 clicks)
ESPN 150 basketball rankings: Kevin Love is a warrior in the paint. He thrives on physical contact and is fearless around the hoop, where he can power the ball to the rim, take a hit and finish with a three-point play. The past two summers Kevin played on the SoCal All-Stars team, where his inside game, rebounding, outlet passes and post presence made a very good team unbeatable last summer. Love's best attribute is that his intensity and passion for the game make everyone around him better.
