Recruting Class Shaping Up (211 clicks)
Signing day is coming up on Hump Day. While here on BN we are basking in the glow of Telemachus, our latest signee, CRN and his crew continue to pick up more good news. 1. You can’t say that ESPN has a bias against UCLA and the Pac 10, at least for today. Digger sounded like he was just playing to the crowd during Game Day, but Jay Bilas sounded like he was ready to move into Sproul and start doing Kevin Love’s laundry. Especially his color during the game. HOWEVER (/Stephen A. Smith) Wednesday is UNC v. Duke so expect the attention of the WWL to head back to Tobacco Road. EAST COAST BIAS! (clap clap clap-clap-clap)

The Softer Side of Aundre Dean + Recruiting Notes (267 clicks)
Excerpt:
"Bright, articulate, respectful, and humble. He is a bruin through and through and I know he’s going to love his time in Westwood. Congrats, Aundre. Glad to have you on board. You’ve just made the best decision of your life.
The story for Aundre hasn’t always been rosy, though as this article points out, when you talk to him it might seem that way. Personally, My heart sank a little when I read that line about his sister."

All-Freshmen Team: NCAA's Year of the Young'n (189 clicks)
Love is the main reason UCLA had been as successful as they have been, especially at the beginning of the season when Collison was injured. He is relentless around the rim and extremely hard to stop with his size. The only reason I have him as a reserve because he is not as fast as the other big men I have.
