UCLA Settles In For 7 of 8 At Home, Beginning With Washington (60 clicks)
Following a series loss to Stanford last weekend, UCLA is in need of a red hot finish to make a regional. A mere strong finish won't cut it anymore. When I say red hot, I mean realllly hot. The Bruins currently sit at 14-19 after a midweek win at #15 San Diego St. and will likely need a 16-7 finish just to get into the regional picture.

Answers, Part II (114 clicks)
Do you see Tevaga running with the 1st unit as good, because he's stepping up, bad, because they don't have anyone better, or neither with Savage, Harris, freshmen and JCs in the fall mix? I think it is problematic, but an influx of players will likely push him to the second team in August. Right now I don't think Harris or Savage are the answers. I think more will be known when Hasiak and Sua'-Filo arrive, and UCLA determines if one of them can play tackle, which would allow Jeff Baca to move back to guard.
